I have worked for fashion retailer Newlook for 5 years now and over the past year have had the privilege of embarking on a new journey with them as a Local Newlooker. This job requires me to be a social media content creator for the brand reaching out to a regional community over instagram and promoting the newest styles Newlook has to offer. This job has helped me discover and progress in social media creation skills developing a skill for more than just personal posting and figuring out what types of posts my followers engage with. I have tried to bring my own personal style into this role and feel as I progress more with this job my account will become more off an extension of myself. This is something I have thoroughly enjoyed doing, balancing this with my studies as well as also working in store as a sales advisor has come with its challenges but has proved to me that something I am determined to do and enjoy becomes more of a hobby than a job.
